The company is looking for a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to lead the design and development of test automation frameworks, mentor QA team members, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States (no current or future visa sponsorship available)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 5+ years of hands-on test automation experience
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and CI/CD practices
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, Appium (mobile), and API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, Karate, or ReadyAPI
