Requirements

• Responsible for customer care and counseling
• Take customer complaints and feedback, finding satisfying solutions
• Ensure customers can rely on friendly and fast help at all times, making them happy
• Responsible for customer satisfaction, developing measures for long-term customer retention
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments for comprehensive customer care
