E.H. Price Solutions is looking for an Engineering Sales Representative to drive growth in air distribution equipment by building strong relationships across the HVAC ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HVAC equipment sales experience, a strong ability to work both sides of the market, and a solid understanding of HVAC systems and product applications.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, developers, and owners to grow market share
- Promote a full range of air distribution products
- Perform accurate product selections for consulting engineers and design-build contractors
- Interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications with confidence
- Complete take-offs, prepare quotations and tenders, and issue submittals
- Actively pursue and close opportunities through consistent follow-up and negotiation
- Stay current with HVAC technologies, product updates, and selection software
- Maintain working knowledge of local codes, industry standards, and market trends
- Track competitors and position our solutions effectively
- Build business through in-person engagement—meetings, site visits, industry events, and client entertainment
- Support product launches, customer events, factory tours, and trade shows
- Collaborate internally with a team-first, customer-first mindset
