As a Software Engineer in the Product Operating Model (POM), your focus is on building high-quality, reliable, and scalable software that delivers business value. You are accountable for owning development, optimization, and automation activities; writing clean and maintainable code; practicing test-driven development; and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and fellow Developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering and development.
- Hands-on experience with Core/Advanced Java.
- Experience with Spring Framework, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with any of the cloud technologies like GCP, AWS.
- Excited about A/B testing strategies & implementation.
- Strong logical and analytical skills.
- Familiarity and interest with server-side Javascript and Node.js, Git, and GitFlow.
- Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.
