Job description
Operate various machinery to tap, ream, form, sand, spot weld and/or rivet components in an exemplary manner according to the company quality policies. Work in a team-oriented environment with a leadership team that values input and treats employees like family.
Read, understand, and complete production paperwork, operate machines, troubleshoot issues, manually repair parts, and follow quality control procedures.
Ideal candidate will have three months of experience operating manufacturing machinery, excellent attendance record, and ability to lift 25 pounds. Opportunity for career growth and participation in shaping the company's success through continuous improvement and problem-solving events.
