CRO Specialist

As a Conversion Specialist, you will have a sharp analytical ability and a strong focus on performance and conversion optimization. You will combine your technical knowledge with commercial insight to continuously improve our digital customer journey.

Requirements

• Setting up, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to support UX and conversion decisions;
• Continuously monitoring web analytics data and behavior patterns to identify and improve bottlenecks in the funnel;
• Reporting and documenting technical bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies;
• Conducting usability research and translating customer insights into measurable improvements;
• Actively contributing to improvements in the overall customer journey, both within the website and in broader marketing and service processes, and signaling where opportunities for structural improvement lie;
• Contributing to a multi-year optimization strategy that combines CRO, UX, and journey improvements;
• Advising on new features and website development from a data-driven conversion perspective;
• Ensuring a structured testing approach and sharing learnings with stakeholders through clear analyses and reports.
