Job Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced attorney committed to excellence.
Requirements
- Oversee property sale/purchase transactions, title clearance, and document filings.
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner to foster a supportive, high-performing team of support staff.
- Utilize Closers Choice real estate software for efficient reporting and analysis.
Benefits
- Base salary of $80K- $90K (dependent on experience) + percentage of closings
- Estimated income all-in is $130K-$140K/annually
- 3 weeks paid vacation
