Job description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on growing and supporting a team of engineers to develop secure, scalable microservices and mobile/web solutions for our healthcare platform.
Lead a team of 5–8 software engineers across backend and mobile app development, provide mentorship, technical direction, and career support for engineers at all levels, define engineering roadmaps and architectural strategy, and oversee development of platform microservices and Flutter-based mobile applications.
The ideal candidate will bring deep engineering expertise, strong people management skills, and a passion for driving technical execution in a mission-driven startup environment.
