The Director, Scientific Services will provide senior scientific and strategic leadership, driving excellence in scientific delivery, operational performance, and business growth. They will lead and develop high-performing scientific teams and act as a strategic advisor to clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in senior roles in a healthcare agency
• Life sciences degree with a higher degree (science Masters, PhD, or MD)
• Proven track record in leading scientific/editorial teams
• Extensive medical writing and scientific leadership experience
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
