Civil Aviation Project Manager

The Civil Aviation Project Manager will lead project teams in support of Primera's aviation practice, managing projects to high quality and adhering to quality control/quality assurance guidelines. The role involves managerial and technical direction, and requires a strong communicator with excellent teamwork and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil/transportation engineering or a related field
• At least 12 years of experience, with 4 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PPE) and/or PMP certification
• Proficiency in business and engineering applications, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and/or Microstation
• Familiarity with permitting for projects and aviation industry standard practices, codes, and practices
