Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will provide a broad array of human resources services including recruiting, benefits, training, employee relations, personnel records, and other departmental support services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years related human resources experience
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification
- Ability to work independently
- Considerable knowledge of employment related laws, compliance requirements, and principles and practices of human resources administration
- Understanding of the importance of safeguarding confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and database management
