We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for process calculations, mass balances, and developing process flow-sheets and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).
Requirements
- Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering
- Member (or candidate for) Engineer (P.Eng) license from the OIQ or equivalent
- 4-8 years of experience in engineering, operations, and/or commissioning
- Experience in mineral processing, metal refining, or related industries
- Excellent analytical skills to resolve complex problems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Good understanding of HSE principles and applicable codes
- Flexibility and resourcefulness to manage workload fluctuations
- Proficiency in reading specifications, schemes, and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and providing support as needed
