Tower Technician

We are seeking a skilled Tower Technician to join our Utilities Wireless team. This role is responsible for building, installing, maintaining, performing inspections, and repairing wireless communication equipment on utility tower structures that support critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Climb and work on towers ranging from 50–500+ feet to perform installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Install and service antennas, microwave dishes, cabling, grounding systems, and related wireless equipment.
• Conduct tower, structure, and site inspections; document findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for RF and data connectivity issues.
• Use rigging, hoisting equipment, and approved climbing gear safely and effectively.
• Complete daily safety briefings, job hazard analyses, and equipment inspections.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, parts used, and site conditions.
