Job Description
The Outside Operations Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests at The Princess Anne Country Club. This role involves assisting with course operations, golf cart maintenance, managing player communication, and assisting with tournament activities. The ideal candidate is personable, dedicated, and thrives in a team environment.
Requirements
- Greet and welcome members and guests.
- Assist with bag drop and load clubs on carts.
- Clean and tidy golf cart fleet and storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and neat driving range and short game area.
- Handle member problems appropriately.
- Maintain professional conduct and dress.
- Understand and comply with golf shop policies.
- Assist with preventive maintenance of golf car fleet.
- Team player with good communication skills
