Account Manager

P10 is looking for an experienced Account Manager to work with clients to deliver the P10 experience. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting client success and account growth, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and tactical pull through.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry
• Experience managing high-volume social media campaigns in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive environment with proactive client engagement
• Strong ability to translate client requests into clear, actionable creative briefs
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
