Begeleider Intensieve Zorg (Regie- of Cliëntbegeleider | Purmerend en omgeving | MVB / LVB | 16- 36 uur per week

We are looking for engaged and resilient coordinators for clients with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, sometimes combined with behavioral challenges or psychiatric problems. You will provide structure, signal what someone needs, and create a safe and trusted environment.

Requirements

• A completed care education (mbo 3, 4 or hbo) - or you are in your last year;
• A robust personality with a calm head in challenging situations;
• A nice way of working together and communicating;
• Experience in working with this target group? That's nice, but not a requirement.
