As a Team Manager, you will provide coaching and situational leadership to multiple care teams, ensuring quality of care, team development, and healthy business operation.
Requirements
- Completed HBO education (or HBO work and thinking level with willingness to complete)
- 1-3 years of experience as a leader in care
- Knowledge of the care for the disabled, legislation, quality and safety
- Experience with integrated management and budget responsibility
- Affinity with innovation, digitization and collaboration in networks
Benefits
- Gross salary between €4,077.00 and €5,926.00 (FWG 60)
- 2% CAO increase in November 2026
