Job description
The Extruder Operator is responsible for operating and managing extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production standards, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Operate extrusion equipment, work with and train assistant operators, ensure compliance with safety protocols, monitor and maintain product quality, coordinate with other departments, accurately report production data, manage material handling and preparation processes, oversee cleaning and maintenance procedures, and perform roll changing and splicing operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication capabilities, with a detail-oriented individual who can maintain high-quality standards and work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
