Operational Strategy Consultant

Role Overview

As an Operational Strategy Consultant, you will increase productivity in the operation by accelerating data-driven decision-making. You will work within ODS on major transformations and contribute to solving bottlenecks in the energy transition.

What You Will Do

You will map processes and chains, develop problem diagnoses and scenarios, deliver clear memos and presentations, facilitate workshops, and translate strategy into product requirements.

Requirements

• Completed word education
• 4-10 years of relevant experience as a consultant, (business/strategy) analyst, or in a similar role
• Consulting skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands-on mentality

• Salary of € 68,000 to € 110,000 gross per year
• Individual choice budget (ICB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of gross annual salary
