Yeshiva Toras Chaim Toras Emes seeks a part-time 4th Grade Boys Secular Studies Teacher to plan and deliver lessons in ELA, Math, and Science, and implement curriculum provided by the school. The ideal candidate should be able to create a positive, respectful classroom culture and work collaboratively with other teachers/staff.

Requirements

• Plan and deliver lessons in ELA, Math, and Science
• Implement curriculum provided by the school
• Monitor, assess and track students work
• Meet diverse learning needs by making accommodations
• Maintain strong classroom management and clear expectations
• Create a positive, respectful classroom culture
• Send bi/weekly emails to parents providing updates
• Collaborate with other teachers/staff
• Participate in professional development and team meetings
• Supervise students during non-instructional times as needed (e.g., recess)
