Job Description
Privately funded real estate investment firm seeking a senior investment professional to lead investment strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation within a partnership model.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in real estate investing, private equity or principal investing
- Current or recent role as Investment Director, Senior Investment Manager, Head of Investments or equivalent
- Strong track record in transaction execution within Germany
- Experience in structuring bank financing and equity partnerships
- Deep understanding of risk-adjusted returns, capital structuring and asset-level value creation
- Leadership experience managing transaction or investment teams
- Clear ambition to move into a broader entrepreneurial ownership role
