
Job description
We are looking for a Patient Experience Specialist who will serve as a frontline resource and compassionate guide for patients navigating their genetic testing journey with Probably Genetic. The role involves responding to patient inquiries, conducting outbound calls, and providing clear guidance to patients at every stage of their journey.
Respond to inbound patient inquiries, conduct outbound calls, monitor the shared operational inbox, and provide clear guidance to patients. Document patient issues accurately and follow through on escalations until resolution.
We are looking for a patient-first mindset, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience with patient or customer support platforms. You will learn on the job about genetic testing, rare disease, or clinical workflows, and HIPAA and patient data privacy best practices.
