
Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Revenue Operations Analyst to support revenue growth across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role focuses on maintaining and improving CRM data quality, generating operational reporting, analyzing key metrics, and documenting processes to help revenue teams work more effectively.
Support the revenue technology stack (CRM) with a primary focus on Salesforce data accuracy and integrity. Perform routine data loading, cleanup, and quality assurance tasks within Salesforce to ensure consistent and reliable records. Document standard operating procedures for revenue operations, including sales processes, data entry protocols, and reporting workflows.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on Salesforce experience, and a continuous improvement mindset. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with large data sets. Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize data findings for non-technical audiences.
