People Operations Advisor

Role Overview

The People Operations Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless people experience by combining operational excellence with continuous improvement. Acting as a key member of the People team, this role not only provides trusted HR support across the employee lifecycle but also takes ownership of developing and optimising the HRIS to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and meaningful insights.

What You Will Do

Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, changes, and offboarding. Provide first-line advisory support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and processes. Deliver a responsive, high-quality HR service.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience from an HR Operations, Shared Services, or advisory environment
• Strong understanding of how to deliver efficient, high-quality people services
• Experience supporting HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
• Practical experience applying UK employment law and HR best practice
• Experience building effective working relationships with stakeholders
• Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with HR data and processes
• Hands-on experience using HR systems (e.g. HiBob, Workday, SAP, Oracle)
• Experience supporting or coordinating UK immigration processes
