Senior Client Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Client Manager, you'll manage larger and more complex clients, providing guidance and support to other Client Managers. You'll use data to track service quality and continually improve delivery.

Manage client relationships, use data to track service quality, and improve delivery through regular reviews and collaboration with the team.

Requirements

• More than 5 years' relationship management experience, including large or complex clients
• Experience working in a customer-focussed role, preferably in a pensions, financial services or IT environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance commercial success with client success
• Excellent communication skills – written & verbal, and great at translating complex information into simple and intuitive content
