Supplier Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Supplier Manager to manage the company's portfolio of suppliers, focusing on servicing one of our biggest and most strategic clients. The role assures supplier performance, manages risks, drives value for money, and supports the wider business in achieving operational and strategic objectives through effective supplier relationship management.

What You Will Do

Act as the main point of contact for supplier relationship management, develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, lead regular supplier review meetings, manage supplier escalations, and oversee the full supplier lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supplier management, vendor management, or procurement
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience managing supplier performance through SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of contract management principles and risk assessment
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, contract databases, and supplier management tools
