Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards, retrieve and analyze data using SQL, and work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Develop, design, test, and maintain BI reports and dashboards, retrieve and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL, collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements, and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Proficient with Microsoft T-SQL, MS Office Suite
• Exceptional telephone demeanor
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness
• Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• At least 3 years experience developing and supporting BI reports and dashboards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
