Senior Product Manager - Talentware

Talentware is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide the evolution of their SaaS platform, which maps skills and careers using Artificial Intelligence. The successful candidate will have a background in digital product development, AI fluency, and strong communication skills. The role involves defining the direction of AI-powered features, conceptualizing and launching features based on ML and GenAI models, and managing rapid iteration cycles.

Requirements

• Solid experience (5-6 years) in building, launching, and scaling digital products (preferably B2B SaaS)
• AI Fluency and understanding of Generative AI and Machine Learning
• Data Mindset and comfort with analytics and quantitative methods
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Entrepreneurial approach and ability to break down complex problems and solve them
