Role Overview

The Salesforce Solution Architect will play a key part in influencing the strategic directions of business sectors and identifying opportunities to improve processes and technological solutions. The role requires a strategic vision and ability to anticipate trends, guiding the organization in making structuring decisions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

What You Will Do

As a Solution Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to multiple stakeholders, translating requirements into solutions and ensuring deliveries comply with the approved design. Your main responsibilities include translating requirements into solutions, providing leadership in solution review governance, ensuring solution alignment and integration, and maintaining traceability of architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, information systems, computer or software engineering, mathematics, or another relevant field of equivalent level
• 12 years of experience in information technology, including a minimum of 5 years in architecture within large-scale projects and organizations
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams composed of internal and external resources
• Strong ability to manage multiple dimensions of complex initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and simplification skills
• Strong negotiation skills and advanced conflict resolution abilities
• High tolerance for ambiguity, uncertainty, and frequent change
• Solid knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent
• Significant experience designing high-volume, high-availability applications and systems
• Experience working with SDLC, DevOps, Agile methodologies, MVP, LEAN, and ITIL
• Knowledge of the financial services and insurance sector, considered an asset
• Highly proficient in French, both spoken and written
• Intermediate level of English
