The Field Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality on-site services to customers, including installations, troubleshooting, and configuration tasks. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networks, or a relevant field, and experience in installations, field support, and infrastructure maintenance.
Requirements
- Perform installations, replacements, and de-installations of network and systems infrastructure equipment
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for incidents and service issues
- Configure, stage, and commission equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, LTE/4G/5G antennas, servers, workstations, SD-WAN devices, Wi-Fi, and VPN-related infrastructure
- Carry out site surveys, health checks, and technical assessments to validate customer infrastructure and support successful service delivery
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, installation records, and site-related updates
