The Head of Client Operations will lead our Client Operations function, overseeing NOC, Network, and Field Operations with full accountability for strategic people management and hands-on technical oversight across a 24/7 service environment.

- Own 24/7 operational governance
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents
- Set and maintain SOPs and governance frameworks
- Lead team development and hiring
