The Network Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation and support services to customers, including service activations, equipment staging, high-level network design, installation support, and 2nd level technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networks, Computer Science, or relevant field
- 2+ years of working experience in a similar role
- CCNA or equivalent certification is required
- Strong experience with Cisco and Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiManager, SD-WAN)
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible, Python and Terraform
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (AWS VPC, Azure VNet)
- Understanding of SASE and Zero Trust Architecture will be considered an advantage
- Familiarity with NMS, ticketing, and documentation tools will be considered an asset
- Solid understanding of enterprise-grade networking technologies (e.g., routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, wireless) in production environments
- Proficient in English and Greek
- Availability to participate in standby support outside business hours
- Certifications that will be considered an asset: CCNP Enterprise or Security (strongly desired), Fortinet NSE 5 or NSE 6, Cisco DevNet Associate
