NOC Engineer (Level 1)

The Network Operations Engineer, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will be part of our Operation Center team. The candidate will be responsible for providing proactive first fix and after-sales support to our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networks, or a relevant field
• Solid understanding of enterprise-grade networking (e.g., routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls) in production environments
• Experience with modern monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus and PRTG
• Basic experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, SD-WAN technologies and automation scripting (Python or Ansible)
• Proficiency in English and Greek
• Ability to work 24/7 shifts
