Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative for our head office in Capelle aan den IJssel. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our B2B customers and international trade partners, handling phone calls and emails, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch, German, and English (speaking and writing)
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer support or account support role, preferably B2B
• Customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
