Responsible for in-bound and out-bound calls, providing top-tier support and service to our customers, and ensuring that our customer's needs are met.
You will be responsible for supporting our customers through their lease-to-own experience and have the opportunity to make a difference on every call. We expect that our Customer Service Representatives have clear effective communication, and a positive attitude while problem-solving on every call.
