Job Description
Project Healthy Minds is seeking a Manager, Fundraising & Special Events to support and execute their ambitious slate of fundraising and cultivation events. The role plays a critical part in producing elevated, culturally resonant experiences that reflect the excellence, creativity, and care of the organization's mission.
Requirements
- 5ā7 years of experience in special events, production, nonprofit fundraising events, or related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Comfort working with vendors, production teams, and high-profile stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and discretion when working with VIP guests, donors, and partners
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and interest in design, culture, talent, and storytelling
- Experience with CRM, project management, guest list platforms, or event management tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, Zkipster)
