Join ProMach as a Press Assistant and play a key role in supporting the setup, operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. You'll work side-by-side with the Press Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste.
Requirements
- Support the Press Operator during press setup, operation, and changeovers to minimize waste and downtime
- Prepare for upcoming jobs by staging ink, plates, cores, and materials
- Retrieve ink from inventory and assist with cutting and preparing cores as needed
- Perform general cleaning and empty waste bins to maintain an organized work area
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety requirements
- Assist with routine press maintenance and support efficient production workflows
- Coordinate daily responsibilities with the Operator to keep production running on schedule
- Perform other duties as assigned to support press and production operations
