Press Assistant

Join ProMach as a Press Assistant and support the setup, operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. The role involves working side-by-side with the Press Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste.

Requirements

• Support the Press Operator during press setup, operation, and changeovers to minimize waste and downtime
• Prepare for upcoming jobs by staging ink, plates, cores, and materials
• Retrieve ink from inventory and assist with cutting and preparing cores as needed
• Perform general cleaning and empty waste bins to maintain an organized work area
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety requirements
• Assist with routine press maintenance and support efficient production workflows
• Coordinate daily responsibilities with the Operator to keep production running on schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned to support press and production operations
