PromoCentric is looking for a motivated entry-level Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support client accounts by helping coordinate projects, preparing quotes, tracking orders, and providing timely updates.
Requirements
- Learn and apply tools, buying group resources, and internal systems to support efficient quoting, order entry, and client service.
- Coordinate with in-house decorating teams (screen print, embroidery, direct-to-garment) to help ensure artwork and production details are accurate.
- Assist in communicating PromoCentric's capabilities (warehousing, pick and pack, and fulfillment) to clients and prospects.
- Support client ordering and fulfillment workflows as assigned, including item setup details, timelines, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support existing accounts through phone and email communication, maintaining accurate records in CRM/spreadsheets and escalating questions as needed.
- Assist with issue resolution and after-sales support by documenting concerns, coordinating next steps, and partnering with the appropriate teams.
