Screen-Printing Operator 1000 sign-on bonus

Experienced Screen Printing Operator to run high-volume production on automatic screen-printing presses. This role owns setup, registration, print quality, throughput, and press discipline.

Requirements

• 3+ years operating automatic screen-printing presses
• Proven ability to set up and register multi-color jobs efficiently
• Strong understanding of inks, mesh counts, emulsions, and curing requirements
• Ability to maintain quality at speed in a production environment
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable being held to standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
