E-Commerce Fulfillment & Operations Associate

Proper Cloth is seeking a Full-time E-Commerce Fulfillment & Operations Associate to assist with daily operational activities, including order fulfillment, stock-keeping, and returns processing.

Requirements

• Assisting in the team's e-comm daily order fulfillment and ensuring all orders are accurately completed.
• Performance of stock-keeping tasks including cycle counts, inspections, additions of new products, and packaging counts.
• Daily reception and processing of all returned products.
• Daily organization of all returns activities.
• Quality inspection on returned products
