Job Description
The Senior Staff Accountant will support and promote sound accounting operations and best practices throughout the company by collaborating with client companies and other accounting professionals. This role is responsible for accounting and financial reporting matters, including full-cycle property accounting, cash management, and forecasting. It requires strong interpersonal skills and advanced Excel abilities to serve internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business from an accredited College or University
- 3-5 years of property management experience
- Computer literate including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft Office products
- Must have reliable transportation available and have a valid California driver’s license and automobile insurance
