We are looking for an experienced Construction and Project Manager with solid construction training and professional experience in project management. The role involves planning and implementation of construction projects, including scheduling, quality control, cost control, and contract management.

Requirements

• Solid construction training (Hochbauzeichner, eidg. dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker TS) or higher technical education as an architect or engineer
• Recognized and several-year professional experience and expertise in project management
• Experience as a total entrepreneur in the Swiss construction industry is an advantage
• Above-average cost, time and quality awareness
• Skilled communicator verbally and in writing, with sympathetic appearance
• Application security in common CAD and construction administration software
