Requirements

• Participation in the strategic management and further development of the cooperative at the administrative level
• Advice to the administration and management in legal and regulatory matters
• Ensuring effective corporate governance and participating in the further development of governance structures
• Evaluation of risks, compliance issues, and regulatory developments
• Accompanying major strategic projects, cooperations, investments, and transactions
• Support in matters, especially in the areas of: company and governance law, contract and trade law, competition and cartel law, and food law
