Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive in-office Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President and Event Planner in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or high-demand industries is a strong plus
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Ability of multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
