Director / Vice President / Senior Vice President Business Development for Proteros' UK pharma and biotech market, leading business development strategy and activities, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5 to 15 years of business development experience
- Degree in a life sciences discipline
- Extensive network within the UK life sciences ecosystem
- Deep understanding of early drug discovery, structural biology, proteins, biophysics, screening and integrated small molecule and biologics programs
- Strong strategic mindset and excellent commercial judgment
- Proven record of winning new business, territory development and partnership building
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and occasionally to Munich
