AI & Workforce Signals Analyst

Protiviti is seeking an AI & Workforce Signals Analyst to join its People Analytics team. The role requires a technically strong, AI-forward individual who is passionate about applying artificial intelligence, NLP, and automation to people and workforce data at enterprise scale. The candidate will design and implement AI-based signal generation across people data, apply natural language processing, and build explainable AI outputs that help leaders understand the workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building APIs or data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and generative AI
• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building explainable, trustworthy AI outputs
