Manufacturing Engineer (2400)

Manufacturing engineers support and take technical ownership of one or more production areas (CNC Machining, Fabrication & Welding, Powdercoat, Anodizing, Assembly, Wire Harnesses) at Protomet.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
• High mechanical aptitude and relentless problem-solving skills
• Practical understanding of lean manufacturing principles, including the 8 types of waste, one piece flow, Kanban system design and management of work-in-process
• Ability to build trust with others, persuade them to take action, and lead by example
• High standards, humility, and a servant leadership mindset
