Prototek is looking for a hands-on Director of Marketing to lead and build our marketing function from the ground up. This isn’t a brand-only role — it’s a commercial, demand-generation leadership position focused on driving pipeline, supporting sales, and delivering measurable results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of driving leads, pipeline, and revenue growth
- Experience supporting sales teams and pipeline development
- Strong experience with digital marketing, SEO, website optimization, and lead generation
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing analytics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts into clear messaging
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills
