Driver / Medical Transportation Provider

Become a Mobile Care Professional with Provado - provide reliable, safe transportation for health plan members to and from medical appointments. Earn approximately $100.00 to $250.00 per day.

Requirements

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Have held a driver’s license for at least 2 years
• Own a clean, mid-size 4 door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition
• Have a clean driving record with no more than (2) violations or at fault accident within the last (3) years
• Pass a complete criminal background check
• Be CPR and First Aid Certified
• Complete and pass CTAA’s Passenger Service and Safety (PASS) Basic online training course
• Complete and pass NSC’s Driver Safety Course online
